  • The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. In this session we will talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any questions or concerns you may have. This also provides you with the opportunity to determine if Mind & Beyond is a good fit for your therapy journey.

  • Your first appointment will last about 60 minutes and every recurring session thereafter will last about 50 minutes.

    Sessions are scheduled weekly, especially for the first 6 weeks as we continue to build a therapeutic relationship.

    Frequency can be adjusted based on your needs and treatment plan after the first 6 weeks.

  • Yes, I do take insurance. Please reach out to schedule your free consultation to discuss your financial obligations. I can also provide a superbill for those with out of network benefits.

  • I offer a self-pay rate of $130 per session.

    I believe therapy should be accessible. If this rate is a barrier for you, please reach out—I offer flexible pricing based on your financial situation and would be happy to discuss a rate that works for your budget.

  • At Mind & Beyond, the primary focus is on healing the entire person. I specialize in clients dealing with anxiety, women’s issues, men’s issues, grief, prenatal, pregnancy, postpartum support, and life transitions.
